UK Shipping Policy

Domestic Deliveries

All deliveries within UK mainland are sent via DPD Parcel next day service.   A full physical delivery address needs to be provided.

There is free shipping on all orders of 3 boxes (36 units) or more

Otherwise, an £11.40 inc VAT flat rate fee applies.  

 

International Deliveries

At present, we cannot send goods outside of the UK, however if you would like to order our products from a different country, then please contact us at sales@dreamweavecosmetics.com and we can put you in touch with your nearest worldwide distributor, or look on our website under the ‘Find a Stockist’ page.

 

Order Dispatch/Delivery Time

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of payment being received, although we aim to send out the same day or next business day in many cases. During peak times, this may take a little longer.  Also, if you have a preference of day that you wish to receive your order, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request (week day deliveries only).  Timed deliveries are not available.

Please remember that days are Monday-Friday (business days) so weekends are not counted.  Also, Public Holidays may affect the delivery time too.

Please use the track and trace system that the courier has provided for you to track your parcel.  You will be given a consignment number for your delivery, so please check online to find out the whereabouts of your goods.

If your order still hasn’t arrived and you have gone through the above processes then please contact us at sales@dreamweavecosmetics.com and we will help you locate your parcel.

 

What if I’m not Home? 

Your order will be left in a safe place and if this is not possible, you will be left a notification to reschedule your delivery with DPD.

What happens if items are out of stock on my order?

 

Your goods will be dispatched to you as soon as the goods are back in stock.  We will contact you to advise you of this and endeavor to give you an eta of when the goods will be available again.  If you have any queries please contact us at sales@dreamweavecosmetics.com
